Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, your message, and your preferred language. This information is sent directly to Benny by email and is used only to respond to your inquiry.
AI Audit tool. The audit tool asks eight questions about your business, such as your industry, team size, current tools, and goals. Your answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a personalized report, which is shown to you on the page. We do not ask for your name or email in this tool, and we do not store your answers or the generated report after your session ends.
Booking tool. When you book a call, we collect your first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, and the time and time zone of your appointment. This information is sent to Wix's booking platform to schedule and confirm the call.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and reliability purposes. We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site.
We use the information above only to respond to inquiries, generate the report you requested, schedule calls you book, and keep the site secure and running. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site. Vercel hosts the site and processes technical request data. Anthropic processes the answers you submit to the AI Audit tool in order to generate your report. Brevo delivers the email generated by the contact form. Wix processes booking details in order to schedule and manage calls. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy and security practices; we encourage you to review their policies if you'd like more detail.
Contact form submissions exist as an email in Benny's inbox and are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation. Audit tool answers are not retained after your session. Booking details are kept in Wix's booking system for as long as needed to manage your appointment and are deleted or archived according to Wix's retention practices.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or a jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are located in Israel, you have equivalent rights under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, including the right to review and request correction of information held about you. This site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site, including relying on providers (Vercel, Anthropic, Brevo, Wix) that maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as the site or its tools change. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
